At TKR Management Ltd, we are committed to providing a professional and high standard of service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we welcome the opportunity to investigate and resolve your concerns.

WHO CAN MAKE A COMPLAINT?
Complaints may be submitted by:
- Landlords
- Contract-holders (tenants)
- Applicants
- Guarantors
- Contractors
- Other customers or service users
HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT
Complaints should be submitted in writing wherever possible.

To help us investigate your complaint, please provide:
- Your full name
- Property address (if applicable)
- Details of your complaint
- Any supporting information or evidence
- The outcome you would like us to consider
OUR COMPLAINTS PROCESS
Stage 1 – Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days.
Stage 2 – Investigation
Your complaint will be reviewed by an appropriate member of our team. We may review records, correspondence, account information and any supporting evidence provided.
Where further information is required, we may contact you during the investigation.
Stage 3 – Response
We aim to provide a full written response within 15 working days.
Where additional time is required due to the complexity of the matter, we will keep you informed of progress and provide an updated timescale.
DIRECTOR REVIEW
If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may request that the matter be reviewed by a Director of TKR Management Ltd.
The Director will review the complaint and provide a final response.
DATA PROTECTION COMPLAINTS
Complaints relating to personal information, data protection, privacy rights, Subject Access Requests or data breaches should be submitted to:
